Payment:
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express,
as well as Pay-pal. Please be aware that using Pay-pal
will require an additional 3% service fee to the total
amount of the purchase.
Money
Orders are also accepted. If you wish to use a personal
or business check for payment, that can be discussed
at the time the order is placed.
Catalogs
Unfortunately
due to the custom and semi-custom nature and type of
items we carry and the fast turn over rate, a hardcopy
catalog is not feasible. It would be out of date by
the time it was printed! Maybe in the future…

Information
Please
give all orders one to two business days to ship, unless
otherwise discussed at time of ordering.

OVERSEAS
RATES:
We
prefer to use USPS Global Priority or Global Express
mail, its fast and fairly
inexpensive. Call for more info.
We
have found through experience that both the US Postal
service and FED EX are the best in fast and dependable
service.
We
will NOT ship to Russia or Singapore under ANY circumstances.

Return/Exchange
Policy
You
have 3 business days upon receipt of item(s) to:

If
you decide to return or exchange your item(s) you must
either call or e-mail us and we can discuss our options.
If
an item(s) is returned without doing the above, a 15%
restocking fee will be charged. A refund will be issued
less the re-stocking fee.
Item(s)
MUST be returned un-used, in original condition and
with original packing.
