TG Rentals
Our TG (Tower Gantry) Cranes, with capacities up to 230 tons, have served as integral equipment to the success of numerous high rise hotels, dams, power plants and other industrial type projects. With their height versatility, outstanding heavy lift capacity, exceptional hook line speed, boom and slew rates, these machines continually out perform conventional hammerhead tower cranes. On a large project, the TG’s performance efficiency translates into significant direct cost savings to the General Contractor/ Owner, such as schedule acceleration in multiple craft phase work. The indirect cost savings can be even more attractive. These indirect cost savings can be either in the form of project finance charges, insurance costs based on man-hours worked, and/or storage fees for job materials. While TG’s may cost more than their counterparts, their peak production capability is approximately four times that of a standard hammerhead tower crane. That is the reason why these machines have directly contributed to the success on virtually every job, bringing them in under budget and ahead of schedule. Crane Rental
Our ground crane fleet is composed of lattice boom crawlers, lattice boom truck cranes, hydraulic AT (all terrain) truck cranes, RT (rough terrain) cranes, and AP (all purpose) hydraulic cranes. With their various lift capacities and configurations, job versatility, and quick mobilization capability to any job site, we have served numerous projects. Portal Gantry
JAKE’S Crane has designed several different types of portal gantry cranes serving many domestic and international customers’ needs. The portal gantry cranes we designed have made a difference logistically in large port facilities and in industrial plants where crane travel is essential, but confined and limited in work areas. In fact, two trucks with trailers 15 feet high can pass underneath the portal shown while the machine is in use. Here are some pictures showing our various designs of portal gantry cranes at work:
Transportation
We have extensive experience in ultra heavy haul transportation. We have been transporting heavy equipment safely and reliably for our customers through the years. JAKE’S Crane’s talented team of professionals revolutionized the transportation industry by developing the JXS (JAKE’S eXtra Speed) transport system with 13 patented features in the late 1980’s and high speed (street legal) hauler.
